Chair Massage

Chair massage is a clothed, non-oil treatment of the back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands and scalp. Clients will be comfortably seated on an ergonomically designed massage chair, while the therapist employs pressure work to ease muscular tension, reduce stress levels, relieve headaches & migraines and improve alertness.

The therapist will tailor the massage to your needs and with no oils and no need to undress, chair massage is the perfect treatment for the office and event environment, leaving employees or guests revitalised and invigorated for the day's challenges.

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage is based on the Ayurvedic system of healing which has been practiced in India for over a thousand years. The client will be seated on a chair, fully clothed, while the massage therapist applies deep kneading and compression movements over the neck, shoulder and scalp areas. Indian head massage is effective for relieving stress and anxiety, insomnia, headaches, migraine and eye strain, fatigue and insomnia. It alleviates muscle tension and increases mobility in the neck and shoulders. Although it is a relaxing therapy, clients will also feel an enhancement in their concentration and focus.

Hand & Arm Massage

A massage of the hands and arms, using a combination of palms, thumbs, fingers and stretches to loosen the muscles and work in between the tendons. Hand massage is ideal for regular computer users, and helps to combat tension that commonly arises through daily working life. With an increase in overuse injuries and office workers facing new maladies such as 'mouse arm' and 'blackberry thumb', this is a beneficial treatment. It has also been shown to work well at events/promotions. Clients will be left feeling soothed and spoiled.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a natural healing art which is over 5,000 years old and has its origins in China and Egypt, where pressure therapies were recognised to have therapeutic benefits and to help prevent disease. The feet are a map of the body and each organ, gland and part of it is represented by a different reflex point. The massage therapist uses the application of pressure to the feet reflexes to treat corresponding ailments, promote healing from within and restore the body's natural equilibrium.

Holistic Massage

Holistic means 'whole', and holistic massage is designed to enhance  overall wellbeing. This is a relaxing, oil based massage performed on a massage table. The massage therapist will tailor the pressure to your request and will use a series of Swedish based gliding and kneading techniques. Holistic massage has a calming effect and helps to reduce stress, relax muscles, increase lymphatic circulation and eliminate toxins from the body. Clients will unwind mentally and physically.

Remedial massage

Remedial massage is a treatment designed to locate and release tension in the body, and can be used to treat acute or chronic pains. It works deeper than relaxing massage and its effects are usually deeper and longer lasting. After a consultation, the massage therapist will employ advanced massage techniques to work effectively with the soft tissues of the body, targeting and unlocking tension. Remedial massage is similar to sports massage and can be used to prevent or help heal injuries.

Thai Yoga Massage

The origins of Thai yoga massage can be found in India more than 2500 years ago, developed by the physician to the Buddha. Thai yoga massage is a fully clothed, non-oil massage performed on a
cushioned mat. Sometimes know as the 'lazy-man's yoga', the
therapist uses their hands, knees, legs, and feet to move the
recipient into a series of yoga-like stretches, combining this with
acupressure techniques to open the energy lines of the body, unlock joints, increase flexibility and loosen muscles.

Treat your guests to a feel good, pampering manicure to improve the texture and health of their nails and skin. In a relaxing 20-30 minute treatment, our therapist will perform a file, shape, cuticle treatment, hand massage and paint. Nails will be left polished and perfect.
